DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES

We process most orders immediately once they are received within the week - Monday through Friday. Once your credit card authorization or mobile money is verified and your order is shipped, your charge will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order has shipped or contact you once your delivery is on its way.

 

PRE ORDERS

Pre orders should wait at least 2 weeks to be delivered. Orders are made per customers request so therefore do take sometime. All other products with no PRE ORDER tag are shipped faster.

Delivery to Ghana could be as fast as within 16 business hours if products are available. Europe and The United States  should allow at least 4 - 8 business days due to delays caused by COVID-19.  Other countries outside of these listed places, should also allow approximately  is 7-12 business days.
